Short Stays
Kinnaird House is available from approximately £850-£1200 per night for exclusive use (sleeping up to 12 guests), depending on season, holidays and length of stay. We normally require a minimum 2‑night stay. Short breaks, longer stays and special occasions are all welcome—please share your preferred dates and group size so we can confirm an accurate quote.

Weekly Stays
Typical guide prices range from around £3,000–£5,000 per week for full use of Kinnaird House, including the hot tub, with up to 3 well‑behaved dogs by prior arrangement (small additional pet fee applies). A 3‑night minimum stay applies for most bookings, and a 7‑night minimum is usually required for peak season and festive dates. Complete the form with your dates and numbers so we can confirm availability and a tailored price.
